Customer-led Co-build.

A co-build is a joint engagement where MYGO's AI engineering team works alongside your domain experts to build a private AI agent tailored to your specific business processes. The resulting agent runs on your own BTP tenant, uses your data, follows your governance rules, and the IP belongs to you.

Co-build is the right fit when your process is too unique or competitively sensitive for a pre-built product. If your organization has proprietary workflows, specialized domain logic, or data residency requirements that standard products cannot accommodate, a co-build delivers a solution shaped to your exact needs.

The customer owns the IP. The AI agent runs on customer-owned BTP infrastructure, customer-owned data feeds the model, and customer-defined governance policies control its behavior. MYGO provides the AI engineering expertise and the nxAI Orchestration Layer, but the resulting solution and its outputs belong to you.

Typical co-builds run 12 to 20 weeks from kickoff to production, depending on process complexity and data readiness. The engagement starts with a 2 to 3 week discovery and design phase, followed by iterative build sprints with your domain experts validating outputs at each milestone.

Co-built agents run entirely on your BTP tenant. Your data never leaves your environment. Model governance policies (which data the AI can access, what actions it can take, what audit trails it produces) are defined by your organization and enforced by the nxAI Orchestration Layer.
