Engagement Model
Factory Model.
When you need to deploy SAP across multiple sites, entities, or regions at speed, MYGO's Factory Model delivers. Our industrialized approach uses pre-built templates, automated testing, and standardized processes to reduce per-site delivery time by up to 60% while ensuring consistency and quality at every location.
Overview
Industrialized SAP Delivery
Organizations with multiple plants, warehouses, distribution centers, or legal entities face a unique challenge: deploying SAP consistently across dozens or hundreds of sites without the cost and timeline of individual implementations. Traditional project-by-project approaches are too slow, too expensive, and introduce inconsistency that creates long-term maintenance headaches.
MYGO's Factory Model addresses this by industrializing the delivery process. We invest upfront in building a robust template, a golden configuration that encapsulates your core business processes, integration patterns, and reporting requirements. This template becomes the foundation for every subsequent deployment, with a structured localization process that accommodates site-specific requirements without compromising standardization. Automated testing, repeatable migration scripts, and assembly-line deployment processes compress per-site timelines from months to weeks.

Factory Model FAQ.
Our factory process supports 3-5 simultaneous site deployments depending on complexity. For simpler configurations, we have scaled to 8+ parallel streams. The constraint is typically client-side change absorption capacity rather than our delivery bandwidth.
Our localization framework handles site-specific variations through a structured process. Each site goes through a fit-gap assessment against the template. Standard variations (local tax rules, language, legal entity configuration) are handled through pre-built localization scripts. Truly unique requirements are evaluated for template inclusion or handled as site-specific extensions that don't compromise the core template.
The template build phase typically takes 10-16 weeks depending on process complexity. This includes the pilot site deployment. It is a larger upfront investment that pays dividends across every subsequent rollout; sites 2 through N typically deploy in 3-6 weeks each versus 3-6 months with traditional approaches.
Yes, though the approach differs. For brownfield rollouts, we build the template from your existing production configuration, harmonize variations, and create a standardized target state. The factory process then applies this harmonized template to each site, bringing them into alignment with the target architecture.
