For most skill areas, we can mobilize a consultant within 48 hours of engagement confirmation. For highly specialized skills (such as specific industry or module expertise), mobilization may take up to one week. We maintain a bench of pre-cleared consultants ready for rapid deployment.
Spot Consulting engagements are priced on a fixed-fee or time-and-materials basis depending on the engagement type. Assessments and architecture reviews are typically fixed-fee with defined deliverables. Staff augmentation and ongoing advisory work uses time-and-materials pricing. We provide a detailed estimate during the scoping phase.
Absolutely. Many of our implementation and AMS engagements started as Spot Consulting assessments. A typical path is: architecture review identifies improvement opportunities, which leads to a scoped implementation, followed by AMS for ongoing support. There is no obligation, but the consulting output provides a solid foundation for larger programs.
Every Spot Consulting engagement produces a structured deliverable appropriate to the engagement type. Architecture reviews produce assessment reports with findings and recommendations. Proof of concepts deliver working prototypes with technical documentation. Training engagements provide materials, recordings, and competency assessments. All deliverables are reviewed with stakeholders before engagement closure.
