What is the typical cost structure for Spot Consulting?
Spot Consulting engagements are priced on a fixed-fee or time-and-materials basis depending on the engagement type. Assessments and architecture reviews are typically fixed-fee with defined deliverables. Staff augmentation and ongoing advisory work uses time-and-materials pricing. We provide a detailed estimate during the scoping phase.
Can a Spot Consulting engagement lead to a larger project?
Absolutely. Many of our implementation and AMS engagements started as Spot Consulting assessments.
